Q.Why only 30,000 hours? I have heard LEDs can last up to 50,000 or even 100,000 hours.
A. LEDs can last up to 50,000 or even 100,000 hours. However, it very much depends on how hard you drive them (meaning how much light output you try to get out of them) and how large the heat sink is. We could have easily created LED modules that lasted 50,000 hours. However, they would not be nearly as bright nor could they fit inside our low-voltage heads and pendants. Like all technology, it is all about trade-offs. We felt 30,000 hours was still a very long time, and felt it was important to maximize light output and keep the entire package small enough to fit into as many of our low-voltage fixtures as possible.

Q. How do you control the quality of your products?
A.

1). All of our workers are well-trained before they are qualified.
2). Any defective products can't be dispatched.
3).All the finished product will undergo strict aging test before shipment.

Q. What is the life Span of the LED Light?
A. Normally, we calculate the lifetime of the light base on the brightness decreased. When the brightness of the led street light decrease to 70%, we said the LED Light life time is finished.

Q. Which kind of LED chip does Cooolite LED Lighting products use?
A. We normally use Epistar,Samsung LED chip.

Q. Are the samples available and are the samples free?
A. Sure, you can order the sample from us. Pls let us know the Model No. and the Quantity. Normally, we will have many stored for the standard LED Lighting products.

Q. Any discount available for the big quantity order?
A. The price of our LED lights products can be negotiated if you have big quantity order or some projects in hand.

Q. Can I have the own logo on the products?
